Hi I am Philicia from Singapore, Chinese-speaking. I would like to travel to Taiwan for a short holiday with my mother age 60. I like to try out the Alishan railway and visit other scenic places in Chiayi. I will be travel from Taipei city. How can I get to these scenic places from your hostel? by car? If by car, do you provide car service to visit these scenic spots? as I don't have an international license. How much is the rate? I plan to come in late April or May. or even July.
